Groups
Groups of at least 10 athletes can register via the portal ENDU, A €5.00 discount per person will be applied to the fees for the slot active at the time of registration. The discount will be applied automatically once the tenth registration has been entered.

Reimbursement
There are no refunds for the registration fee. In case of cancellation of the event due to force majeure, the CO will not refund the registration fees, but will verify the possibility of transferring to the next edition.
Transfer of registration
Athletes unable to participate will be given the option of "Transferring their Registration Fee" to LMHM 2028 for the same distance chosen for LMHM 2027. The request must be sent by email to [email protected] by February 14, 2027, attaching the receipt of payment of €10.00 for administrative fees (specify, for example, "Paolo Rossi Transfer LMHM 2028/Half Marathon").
Applicants will be required to resubmit the registration form and additional documentation required for LMHM 2028 within 30 days before the event.

Change Distance/Name
You will be given the option to "Change Distance/Name." Please send your request by email to [email protected] by February 14, 2027, attaching a receipt for the €10.00 administrative fee (for example, specify "Change Distance/Name" in the reason for payment). If the change involves an increase in distance, the participant will be required to pay the difference in the fee valid at the time of the request. Conversely, if the distance is decreased, no refund will be provided.

Competition
On THU, March 4, 2027, each participant will receive a "REGISTRATION CONFIRMATION LETTER" via email. This email must be saved on your mobile device and presented in digital format when collecting your race number, along with an identity document.

Delegation
If you are unable to collect your bib, only for March 5-6, 2027, a third party may be delegated who must present the following documentation:
- Confirmation Letter printed/signed in original by the delegating member + Power of Attorney (attached to the confirmation letter)
- Copy of the identity document of the delegate member.
Changing rooms

The changing rooms are not supervised and therefore the CO declines all responsibility for any damage, loss or theft.
Showers - WC
Participants will be able to use the showers located at the Verbania Pallanza Finish Area; chemical toilets will be available in the Start/Finish Areas and at refreshment points along the route.
Baggage storage
The CO will not be responsible for any theft or loss, therefore it is recommended not to leave valuables in the clothing storage bags.
Only clothing bags provided by the CO will be accepted, which each participant will receive together with the bib and the sticker to apply to them; at the start of each race, trucks will be set up where participants can deliver the clothing bags to be collected at the Arrival Area of the respective races.

At the end of the race there will be a CO vehicle with the words “END OF THE RACE” written on it. Participants overtaken by this vehicle but intending to complete the race, even if outside the maximum time, must remove their bib and respect the current Highway Code. The CO will no longer be able to guarantee the total closure of the route which will be reopened to traffic after the following times.
Maximum time for last runner and reopening of traffic:
- 5th Km 0:45 – traffic reopens at 10:45
- 10th Km 1h30' – traffic reopens at 11:30 a.m.
- 15th Km 2h15' – traffic reopens at 12:15
- 20th km 2h50' – traffic reopens at 12:50

SUN 07.03.2027 the CO will give absolute priority to participants, reserving the right to modify the times based on organizational needs.

SHUTTLE BUS 10KM
The OC provides only post-race transportation from the Verbania Pallanza FINISH AREA to the 10km START AREA in Verbania Fondotoce and Verbania Train Station. Service is available from 12:00 PM to 1:30 PM.
SUN 07.03.2027 all participants in the 10 KM will be able to use, free of charge and upon presentation of the bib, the CO shuttle BUSES that will connect the Arrival Area of Verbania Pallanza (Piazza Gramsci) with the Departure Area of Verbania Fondotoce (entrance to the “Isolino” campsite) and the Verbania FS station.
From VERBANIA PALLANZA the Verbania FS station is about 10 km away and can also be reached by bus www.vcotrasporti.it.

Refreshments - Sponges
In order to reduce the impact on the environment, each participant will receive only one sponge to use for the entire race; we also ask participants to throw away their waste immediately after the refreshment points to facilitate the cleaning of the streets. These distances may be subject to variations due to organizational needs.
As per WA/AIMS/FIDAL regulations, refreshment points, with their location (right or left) indicated, are provided at KM 5.2 (right/left) – 10.0 (right) – 15.2 (right/left) – Finish. Solid food (fruit) and drinks (still/sparkling water, mineral salts and hot tea in case of low temperatures) are provided at the refreshment points along the route. In case of high temperatures, sponge points are also provided at KM 8.3 (left) – 12.2 (right) – 18.0 (right).
Vehicles on the route
On the race course, by virtue of the Prefectural order, the transit of all vehicles will be prohibited including bicycles.
Violators will be stopped and punished according to the law.
First Aid - Withdrawn Athletes
Athletes who have exceeded the maximum time and are overtaken by the “END OF THE RACE” vehicle must remove their bib and proceed as pedestrians, respecting the Highway Code.
First aid stations are planned in the start and finish areas and along the route; an ambulance is also planned after the race. Athletes who have withdrawn or who require assistance may wait for the arrival of help or for the passage of the “BUS SCOPA”, at the refreshment/sponging points.
Starting sectors
The OC will cross-check the best times (PBs) provided during registration. The following starting areas will be set up, with bib numbers assigned based on the best times provided during registration. Entry and bib number checks will begin at:
